BTQ Technologies Corp. (BTQ) announced the acquisition of Silicon Valley-based hardware security startup Radical Semiconductor. BTQ, listed on Canadian, German, and US stock exchanges, aims to enhance its quantum-era cybersecurity solutions with Radical's innovative CASH (Cryptographic Accelerator with Secure Hardware) architecture.
