Mosaic Clinical Technologies, a subsidiary of Radiology Partners, has launched Mosaic Reporting, an AI-native radiology reporting platform. The system is already deployed to thousands of radiologists through Radiology Partners-affiliated practices. Powered by foundation models from Cognita Imaging, Mosaic Reporting constructs radiology reports in real time as radiologists interpret medical images. Unlike traditional dictation tools that document findings after review, the platform works alongside radiologists during interpretation, organising findings and structuring reports automatically. The technology addresses radiology's chronic staffing shortage and rising imaging volumes. It enables intelligent extraction of findings from natural speech, voice-directed editing and automated tasks designed to reduce cognitive load whilst maintaining clinical focus. Mosaic Clinical Technologies positions the platform as the first significant advancement in radiology reporting in over a decade.
