Vitality acquires Ramp Health to integrate digital behaviour change platform with onsite clinical services

Vitality, a global health behavior change platform, has acquired Ramp Health, a provider of employer onsite healthcare and safety services, to create an integrated health and risk mitigation offering. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition combines Vitality's AI-enabled digital health platform with Ramp Health's onsite clinical and coaching services. This allows employers to manage both chronic disease and occupational safety through a single solution, addressing medical claims and workers' compensation costs simultaneously.
