Beltone Holding has completed its second capital increase, securing EGP10.5 billion with 98% subscription coverage, primarily from foreign investors. This reflects strong market confidence in Beltone's growth strategy. The funds will support expansion into high-growth markets, digital transformation, and talent acquisition. In 2024, Beltone's revenues reached EGP7.2 billion, with net profit exceeding EGP1.7 billion, driven by its Non-Banking Financial Institutions and Investment Banking platforms.
