Overview
Real Work connects employers in the trades with skilled workers through a platform that streamlines hiring and helps workers find opportunities. Employers post openings and seek qualified trades professionals, while workers search for jobs that match their skills and experience. The platform supports credential management by letting workers track licenses and certifications, and it facilitates application and communication between employers and candidates. Unlike generic staffing sites, Real Work focuses specifically on the trades, aiming to ensure a good fit for both sides and to rebuild the workforce by attracting a new generation to vocational careers.
