RTS says it staved off default by accepting $40 million in funding on less favorable terms from existing investors led by Edison Partners.
Recycle Track Systems (RTS) has secured over $40 million in financing to enhance AI innovation and expand sustainable waste solutions across North America. Led by Edison Partners, with participation from Volition Capital and others, the funding will accelerate RTS's deployment of AI-powered Pello sensors, enabling real-time waste data collection. RTS has also secured a ten-year contract in NYC, advancing sustainability initiatives with local haulers.
