RedSeal expands secure access to exposure intelligence with Attribute-Based control and AI Guidance.

RedSeal expands secure access to exposure intelligence with Attribute-Based control and AI Guidance. New capabilities enable organizations to extend exposure management insights beyond security teams while maintaining governance and accelerating decision-making. MENLO PARK, CA - [June 24, 2026] - RedSeal, the leader in exposure management for hybrid enterprise environments, today announced new Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and AI Guidance capabilities within the RedSeal One platform. These new capabilities enable organizations to securely extend exposure management insights beyond specialized security teams to IT, cloud, compliance, operations, and executive stakeholders while maintaining the governance and control required in complex enterprise and government environments. As attack surfaces continue to expand and security teams face increasing resource constraints, organizations need a way to make critical exposure intelligence available to more decision-makers without compromising security. "Security teams are under increasing pressure managing complex environments, fewer specialists, and a growing number of threats," said Joseph Ward, CEO of RedSeal. "Organizations need exposure intelligence to be accessible beyond a small group of experts while maintaining the governance and control enterprises require. These new capabilities make it easier for teams across the organization to understand risk, make informed decisions, and act faster." Making exposure intelligence accessible across the enterprise Security operations increasingly rely on collaboration between security, IT, cloud, compliance, and business teams. Yet critical exposure intelligence often remains limited to a small group of administrators and security specialists. RedSeal's new capabilities help organizations safely expand access to exposure intelligence while providing users with contextual guidance that improves understanding and accelerates action. Enterprise security and governance built in RedSeal's new Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) capabilities provide precise control over what information users can access based on role, responsibility, mission, or need-to-know requirements. Organizations can securely share exposure intelligence with a broader audience while maintaining strict governance, compliance, and information access policies. This capability is particularly valuable for federal agencies and highly regulated organizations that require granular access controls and information compartmentalization. AI Guidance helps teams act with confidence RedSeal's new AI Guidance capabilities provide contextual explanations and recommendations that help users better understand exposures, attack paths, remediation options, security controls, and segmentation strategies within their own environments. By combining AI-driven guidance with RedSeal's digital twin and exposure intelligence, organizations can accelerate time-to-value, improve decision-making, and reduce dependence on scarce security expertise. Advancing the future of exposure management RedSeal believes exposure management should be accessible, actionable, and operational across the enterprise. By combining exposure intelligence, contextual guidance, and secure access controls, RedSeal is helping organizations move beyond isolated security analysis and build a shared understanding of cyber risk across teams responsible for protecting the business. ABAC and AI Guidance capabilities will be available as part of the RedSeal One platform beginning in June 2026. About RedSeal RedSeal is an AI-enabled exposure management platform that helps organizations reduce cyber risk across hybrid IT, cloud, OT, and remote environments. Using a continuously updated digital twin, RedSeal models assets, connections, attack paths, and security controls to uncover hidden exposures and validate real-world risk. RedSeal launches Report Studio and Network Segmentation for exposure management

RedSeal has expanded its AI-powered exposure management platform with two new capabilities: Report Studio and Network Segmentation. The features help security teams identify risks across hybrid enterprise environments and communicate them to executives and boards. Report Studio offers drag-and-drop reporting functionality, allowing teams to create customised reports using vulnerability data, network topology and compliance checks without coding. Users can build board-ready deliverables incorporating tables, charts and heatmaps drawn from RedSeal's exposure model. Network Segmentation extends exposure analysis beyond traditional vulnerabilities to reveal misconfigurations and improper access paths. Using RedSeal's network digital twin, the capability identifies configuration gaps and unintended attack paths that could enable lateral movement across environments. Both features are available immediately through the RedSeal platform.

RedSeal at AFCEA West 2026: What We Heard, and Why It Matters

RedSeal at AFCEA West 2026: what RedSeal, Inc. heard, and why it matters. Key takeaways: * Execution speed is now the Navy's top modernization metric, and cyber readiness must scale with it. * Information dominance requires terrain awareness: knowing every asset, every connection, and every risk path before an adversary finds it first. * Zero Trust is not a destination. It requires a continuously updated network map, not a one-time assessment. * Legacy fragmentation is the biggest barrier to modernization, and you cannot secure what you do not know you have. * The gap between knowing and doing is closing. Workflow automation is what turns insight into action at speed. AFCEA West brought together naval and defense leaders with a message that was hard to miss: the era of strategy documents is over. Execution tempo is now the measure of success. For those of RedSeal, Inc. at RedSeal, the conversations across the floor and in the sessions reinforced exactly what RedSeal, Inc. see in its own customer base every day. Here are the takeaways that matter most. Speed is the new standard, and cyber readiness has to keep up The Navy's newly released Fighting Instructions and Hedge Strategy put operational speed at the center of modernization, emphasizing the need to compress decision timelines to maintain advantage over adversaries who are innovating rapidly. That imperative doesn't stop at shipbuilding and acquisition. As digitization expands and sensor needs increase, the attack surface grows, and cyber readiness must scale in parallel. For RedSeal, this is the core problem RedSeal, Inc. solve: you cannot defend what you cannot see, and you cannot move fast if your team is buried in alerts with no way to separate signal from noise. Information dominance starts with knowing your terrain Leaders at AFCEA West described AI not as a replacement for human judgment, but as a battle partner that curates vast amounts of data and presents options to decision makers, with the goal of helping human beings make better, faster, and more precise decisions, especially where decision makers face overwhelming volumes of conflicting data. That framing maps directly to how RedSeal is built. RedSeal's platform models hybrid IT, OT, IoT, and cloud environments to uncover hidden risks and attack paths, giving operators and leadership the terrain awareness they need to act with confidence rather than guesswork. Zero Trust requires a living map, not a one-time assessment Zero Trust was still a hot topic at AFCEA West, underscoring that cybersecurity is foundational, with continuous monitoring and accurate inventory of users, devices, and systems as non-negotiable requirements. Zero Trust must extend from the enterprise to the edge, particularly in maritime environments characterized by limited bandwidth and mixed classification levels. This is not a new idea, and for more than 20 years, RedSeal has been helping defense and civilian organizations understand what is actually on their networks, how everything connects, and where the real risks live. Long before Zero Trust became the mandate it is today, RedSeal, Inc. were building the network visibility foundation that makes it achievable. What has changed is the urgency. Static diagrams and point-in-time assessments were never enough, but in today's environment they are a liability. A living map of your hybrid environment, one that updates continuously as devices come and go, connections shift, and configurations change, is the only foundation that holds. That is what RedSeal has delivered for two decades, and it is exactly what Zero Trust demands. Legacy infrastructure fragmentation is the real barrier The Navy continues to operate hundreds of thousands of legacy systems, many of which are poorly interoperable and difficult to maintain, with data fragmented across incompatible formats. The core barrier to modernization was framed as architectural fragmentation. RedSeal was purpose-built for exactly this reality. Federal agencies find it challenging to implement zero trust due to legacy systems and on-premises networks with tendrils reaching into multiple locations, including many which are unknown. Knowing what you have and how it connects is the prerequisite to everything else. From data to decision: closing the loop Information warfare leaders at AFCEA West emphasized that the side that wins is the side able to decide and act fastest, and that data must be standardized, transformed, and delivered in mission-ready form to operators. Showcased this year at its booth, RedSeal Workflow automates the journey from discovery to remediation, closing the gap between knowing and doing, with routine steps like ticket creation, ownership assignment, and fix validation running automatically so teams can close exposures faster and focus on higher-value work. The message from AFCEA West was clear: strategy is set. The differentiator now is execution. RedSeal is trusted by five branches of the U.S. military and is on the DoDIN Approved Products List for exactly that reason.
