Outpatient surgical volumes are projected to grow 20% through 2035. The network will serve Penn Medicine's coverage area spanning Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The partnership is expected to create jobs and drive local investment, though timing depends on regulatory approvals and market conditions.
