↑ 37%IG&H has acquired RevoData, an IT consultancy specialising in Databricks transformations. The deal brings approximately 40 consultants to IG&H and adds Databricks expertise to its portfolio. RevoData is a Databricks Gold Partner that guides clients through the full cycle of implementing Databricks solutions, from consultancy and IT architecture analysis to building and deployment. Databricks is a cloud platform for data and AI that enables organisations to collect, process, analyse and deploy large volumes of data for machine learning and AI applications. For RevoData, the acquisition provides access to IG&H's sector knowledge, boardroom relationships and international infrastructure across the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal. CEO Ralph Kootker said this support is essential for scaling from 40 to over 100 professionals. The acquisition brings IG&H's headcount to more than 700 employees, following earlier acquisitions of CloudNation and Alii this year.
