Published: August 24, 2026 Rotunda Capital Partners announced it is acquiring Revv, a leading AI-powered operating system for ADAS automotive repair workflows, in a nine-figure deal and merging it with AirPro Diagnostics, a provider of remote ADAS diagnostics and calibration solutions. The companies said the combination will accelerate platform development to meet demand for a vertically integrated hardware, software and services solution. ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle and has become part of modern repairs, but the technology required to complete that work remains fragmented across separate systems, tools and providers. AirPro brings diagnostics and calibration execution capabilities, while Revv provides software and AI infrastructure to manage the ADAS workflow, from identifying required calibrations and accessing OEM procedures to documenting and validating completed work and supporting insurer reimbursement. Combining Revv's knowledge graph with AirPro's service data across millions of repair events provides the company with a view of how ADAS work is identified, performed and documented. Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the repair ecosystem and integrate with other tools, providers and systems shops already use.
