Every ADAS repair, on one platform.

Every ADAS repair, on one platform. Every solution out there today requires shops and technicians to navigate through different tools and different software at every step. The result is ADAS work that gets missed, performed without pay, or sent elsewhere. Every one of those is a cost the shop absorbs, and none of them are the shop's fault. I am proud to share that AirPro and Revv are joining forces to build the industry's most complete ADAS platform. Its mission is one ADAS platform where every repair is identified, executed, validated and paid, so every shop can return safe cars to the road quickly and with confidence. This merger enables AirPro Diagnostics to deliver on that mission for every shop and every stakeholder in the repair process in new ways by combining AirPro's service and hardware alongside the full Revv software platform. AirPro Diagnostics can give repairers the exact tools they need in one seamless experience, making every repair safer, faster and more profitable. A scan tool tells you which modules are reporting a fault. It does not tell you which calibrations the manufacturer requires for the repair you are about to perform. Revv does, at the VIN level, traceable to the manufacturer's own position statement. When that work is identified, an OEM brand specialist is on the line in under ninety seconds to guide your own technician through it, on around 95 percent of the vehicles on the road. And every job produces the documentation that shows it was done to specification. AirPro Diagnostics know there is a better way, and AirPro Diagnostics is committed to bringing that vision to life with the combination of AirPro and Revv. AirPro Diagnostics knew Revv's products would be a perfect fit with its existing hardware and services, but it was the shared values between the two teams that showed AirPro Diagnostics AirPro Diagnostics can build amazing products and experiences for its customers that change the way the industry operates. Revv, like AirPro, has built their brand on customer obsession and delivering real value to their customers, and as the two teams got to know each other AirPro Diagnostics knew that the teams together could build something genuinely different within the industry. Adi Bathla and Rashmi Sinha, who founded Revv, are staying and reinvesting in the combined company. Adi joins AirPro Diagnostics as President and Chief Innovation Officer and takes a seat on its board. With the backing of Rotunda Capital Partners, AirPro Diagnostics can stay focused on what delivers value to its customers and continue to invest in new solutions. AirPro Diagnostics know that the repair process has become increasingly complex at the same time that margins are getting tighter and that no one company has yet simplified the process end to end. That is what AirPro Diagnostics has set out to change. AirPro Diagnostics know that calibrations and the repair process will continue to evolve and get more complex, which is why the ability to continue to invest and evolve its products as the industry changes is critical to support its customers now and in the future. In the meantime, nothing about how you work with AirPro Diagnostics changes. Your pricing, your agreements and your points of contact stay as they are, and you will hear from AirPro Diagnostics well before anything does. And if you want to know what this is worth in your shop, ask AirPro Diagnostics to show you. AirPro Diagnostics will look at your own repairs and show you the ADAS work being missed today, and what capturing it is worth to your business. Driaan du Toit Chief Executive Officer, AirPro Diagnostics Driaan du Toit is Chief Executive Officer of AirPro Diagnostics, where he leads a technology-driven, brand-specialist service organization advancing diagnostics, ADAS, and repair intelligence for today's automotive repairers. AirPro Diagnostics merges with Revv in nine-figure deal.

AirPro Diagnostics merges with Revv in nine-figure deal. Merger promises integrated ADAS diagnostics, calibration and workflow, aiming to cut cycle time, improve OEM compliance and streamline insurer documentation. Jason Stahl has 32 years of experience as an editor, 27 of which is in B2B media, and has been editor of BodyShop Business for the past 20 years. From Cleveland, Ohio, Stahl earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from John Carroll University and started his career in journalism at a weekly newspaper, doing everything from delivering newspapers to selling advertising space to writing articles. Published: August 24, 2026 Rotunda Capital Partners announced it is acquiring Revv, a leading AI-powered operating system for ADAS automotive repair workflows, in a nine-figure deal and merging it with AirPro Diagnostics, a provider of remote ADAS diagnostics and calibration solutions. The companies said the combination will accelerate platform development to meet demand for a vertically integrated hardware, software and services solution. ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle and has become part of modern repairs, but the technology required to complete that work remains fragmented across separate systems, tools and providers. AirPro brings diagnostics and calibration execution capabilities, while Revv provides software and AI infrastructure to manage the ADAS workflow, from identifying required calibrations and accessing OEM procedures to documenting and validating completed work and supporting insurer reimbursement. Combining Revv's knowledge graph with AirPro's service data across millions of repair events provides the company with a view of how ADAS work is identified, performed and documented. Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the repair ecosystem and integrate with other tools, providers and systems shops already use. "Revv has established itself as a software leader in ADAS, with a platform trusted by thousands of repair shops and a team that deeply understands what repairers need," said Driaan du Toit, CEO of AirPro Diagnostics. "Pairing that intelligence with AirPro's operational scale and diagnostic expertise gives the industry a single, complete ADAS platform. I couldn't be more excited about what this combined company will deliver to our shared customers and partners." Added Revv Co-founder and CEO Adi Bathla, "Shops have been piecing together hardware and software from different providers for years, and with the complexity of today's vehicles, that's not good enough. Revv's technology helps repair shops identify and scope the full range of ADAS work required, and AirPro's remote execution capabilities ensure that work gets completed pursuant to OEM specifications. Together, we're becoming the connective tissue for the entire repair ecosystem to provide the market with a complete, integrated solution." Bathla co-founded Revv in 2022. What began as a workflow tool has become a platform processing more than one million vehicles annually. He also founded the United ADAS Collective, now part of the combined company, which has grown to more than 1,600 members in under a year. Du Toit will serve as CEO and Bathla as president and chief innovation officer of the combined entity. Bathla will also join the board. "ADAS has moved from the periphery of automotive repair to the center of it - every new model year adds ADAS complexity, and repairs requiring calibrations are growing exponentially," said Ryan Aprill, partner at Rotunda Capital Partners. "This structural demand was our thesis when we partnered with AirPro in 2025, and it has only strengthened since. Driaan, Adi and their teams have built two of the strongest and most reputable businesses in the category, and we look forward to supporting their shared growth vision." Revv's founders, Bathla and Rashmi Sinha, Revv's chief technology officer, will retain an ownership stake in the combined company. In addition to Bathla's appointment, Sinha will serve as senior vice president of technology and product integration of the combined company.

Revv releases free ADAS Explainer Kit for shop customer conversations.

Revv releases free ADAS Explainer Kit for shop customer conversations. Revv released a free set of customer-facing education materials Aug. 12 designed to help collision repair, glass and mechanical shops explain advanced driver assistance systems and calibration requirements to vehicle owners. The ADAS Explainer Kit is aimed at the front-office staff who field those questions - service advisors, front desk personnel and new hires - rather than at the technicians performing calibrations. Calibration has become one of the line items shops most frequently have to explain and defend, both to insurers and vehicle owners. The cost pressure behind those conversations is well documented. The Highway Loss Data Institute reported Aug.

Revv launches free ADAS explainer kit to help repair shops educate vehicle owners

Revv, the largest vehicle calibration operating system in North America, has launched an ADAS Explainer Kit to help automotive shops communicate with customers about Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems technology. The free resource addresses an industry-wide communication gap as over 90% of new vehicles now feature ADAS. The kit includes an explainer video for staff training, a 30-second reference guide with common customer questions, and a customer-facing brochure. All materials use plain language to help front desk staff and service advisors explain ADAS calibrations and their necessity. "Our goal is for Revv to be a hub for ADAS education," said Adi Bathla, CEO and co-founder. The launch follows Revv's recent introduction of On-Demand Learning through the United ADAS Collective.
