Overview
Rhode Island Blood Center collects and supplies blood and related products to Rhode Island hospitals and New England clinics. It runs a main donor center in Providence with five additional donation sites across the state. The center also registers donors with the National Marrow Donor Program and collects stem cells for bone marrow transplants, when matches are found.
