Rising Medical Solutions has launched Ask Leah, an AI agent integrated into its VISION customer platform. The tool helps claims professionals analyse workers' compensation and liability claims by organising medical, financial, and claim data. Ask Leah provides severity and risk indicators, compensability assessments, exposure and reserve intelligence, and return-to-work optimisation. It generates action lists with recommended next steps, helping users prioritise their work. The system was designed with data protection standards and operates within a secure environment. Protected health information is never used to train external AI models. Ask Leah is named after the daughter of a Rising employee who died aged eight in 2021. The tool is now available to Rising clients through the VISION platform.

In this role, John will be responsible for continuous product optimization through customer delivery for all of Rising's medical cost containment and medical care management services. Additionally, John will oversee the company's Medicare compliance solutions, including its Section 111 reporting, a service line poised for growth given the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services impending changes to Medicare Set Aside reporting requirements.John brings 30 years of industry knowledge and operations expertise to his new position, having held senior leadership roles in the delivery of claims management, medical bill review, medical care management, PPO and ancillary networks, and Medicare Secondary Payer services to the workers' compensation, auto, and healthcare markets.
