River City Bank announces closing of initial public offering. August 7, 2026 SACRAMENTO, Calif. - River City Bank (NASDAQ: RCBC) (the "Bank") today announced the successful completion of its initial public offering (IPO) of 2,700,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $45.00 per share. The Bank's common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "RCBC" on August 6, 2026. The offering consisted solely of existing shares held by two of the Bank's long-time shareholders associated with the family of the Bank's founder, Jon Kelly. As a result, the IPO was structured as a 100% secondary offering, with no new shares issued by the Bank. River City Bank has priced its initial public offering at $45.00 per share, offering 2,700,000 shares. The stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "RCBC" on 6 August 2026. The offering consists entirely of existing shares held by two longtime shareholders associated with the family of the bank's founder, Jon Kelly. No new shares are being issued by the bank. Raymond James & Associates and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods are serving as joint book-running managers. D.A. Davidson & Co. and Stephens Inc. are co-managers. As of 30 June 2026, River City Bank had approximately $6.0 billion in assets, $4.7 billion in gross loans, and $5.4 billion in deposits.

River City Bank reports $19.6M Q2 net income, 14% book value growth and $0.05 dividend

River City Bank reported net income of $19.6 million, or $1.37 per share, for the second quarter of 2026, compared to $15.4 million, or $1.05 per share, for the same period in 2025. The Sacramento-based bank achieved a 13.92% return on average equity and 1.28% return on average assets. For the six months ended 30 June 2026, net income reached $37.6 million, or $2.60 per share, up from $27.7 million, or $1.89 per share, in the first half of 2025. Book value per share increased 14% to $40.58. The bank maintained its efficiency ratio at 29% and reported zero non-performing loans. Total loans grew $327 million year-over-year to $4.7 billion, whilst deposits increased $854 million. The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable 17 August 2026.
