Echo Global Logistics has integrated its subsidiaries ITS Logistics and Roadtex into a unified North American Supply Chain Solutions Suite. The combined network spans 8 million square feet of warehousing space across more than 40 facilities, enabling next-day reach to 85% of the contiguous US. Echo acquired Roadtex in 2022 and ITS in March 2026. Roadtex brings over 30 years of experience in food-grade, temperature-controlled transportation and warehousing, whilst ITS offers omnichannel distribution and fulfilment capabilities. The integrated suite provides services from port to warehouse to end user, including distribution, fulfilment, warehousing, temperature-controlled transportation, retail consolidation, and parcel solutions. The offering targets compliance-focused industries such as food and beverage, consumer goods, and life sciences.

Chicago-based third-party logistics and technology-enabled transportation services provider Echo Global Logistics said this week that it has inked a definitive agreement to acquire Somerset, N.J.-based Roadtex Transportation Corporation, a national provider of integrated temperature-controlled supply chain services, for the confectionary, food, nutrition, and pharmaceutical mass retailer end-markets.
