Rohirrim

Generative AI platform automating RFP responses

Overview

Rohirrim builds a generative AI platform that automates the creation of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Its product, RohanRFP, combines an answer engine, a solutions architect, a proposal writer, and a graphics engine to produce complete, ready-to-submit proposals for large enterprises. The platform works by taking an RFP, generating accurate and tailored answers, designing solution options, drafting the proposal narrative, and creating proposal visuals, all within a subscription-based SaaS service. Rohirrim differentiates itself by offering an integrated, end-to-end toolset specifically aimed at enterprise RFP processes (targeting aerospace/defense and Fortune 1000 customers) rather than generic document automation, supported by investors like Bessemer Venture Partners and IBM Ventures. Its goal is to reduce the time and resources required to respond to RFPs while increasing the quality and win rate of proposals.

  • August 12, 2026 GrowthEngine spans discovery, qualification, drafting, and submission in one governed workflow.
  • Single-tenant, CMMC-compliant deployment keeps defense customers' data private by design.

Rohirrim expands UnifiedRespond with GrowthEngine for opportunity discovery and qualification.

Rohirrim expands UnifiedRespond with GrowthEngine for opportunity discovery and qualification. Rohirrim has added to its Unified Acquisition Platform an end-to-end agentic capability called GrowthEngine, expanding its proposal generation tool to include opportunity discovery and qualification. This update provides capture and proposal teams with one governed workflow from first notice to the final submission, the company said. GrowthEngine is now active with multiple Fortune 100 clients, including IBM. "UnifiedRespond used to begin when a proposal team opened an RFP. Now it begins the moment an opportunity exists," said Steven Aberle, CEO and founder of Rohirrim. "We find the work, we show our reasoning on whether to pursue it, and we write the response, all under the team's direction. This is what an agentic GrowthEngine looks like in a field where every decision has to be defensible." UnifiedRespond already ingests an organization's data, shreds solicitations and writes compliant and compelling content. Now, GrowthEngine covers the stages that come before that, reducing the growth processes from weeks to minutes. The workflow runs in three steps: * Find: UnifiedRespond runs daily sweeps of relevant sources like SAM.gov, Grants.gov, agency portals and an organization's own CRM, into one unified pipeline. * Match: Every notice is scored against the organization's Knowledge Graph across four layers: eligibility, past-performance fit, CRM signal and a full read of the solicitation. This makes bid and no-bid decisions clearer. * Write: The agentic platform analyzes solicitations, maps requirements, develops win themes, and drafts proposal content, figures and tables. It also formats the output into branded templates and automates compliance tracking and artifact management. These stages still operate under human-governed autonomy, and the platform is secured via a single-tenant architecture, CMMC-compliant deployment options, and a private-by-design model so that customer data is not used to train other AI models. The UnifiedRespond GrowthEngine is available now.

Rohirrim launches UnifiedRespond GrowthEngine, first end-to-end agentic system for growth teams

Rohirrim has launched UnifiedRespond GrowthEngine, an AI system designed to help organisations respond to complex solicitations. The platform now handles the entire process from opportunity discovery to final submission, serving multiple Fortune 100 clients including IBM. The system operates in three stages: finding opportunities across sources like SAM.gov and agency portals, scoring them against an organisation's knowledge graph, and automatically drafting compliant responses. Each stage requires human approval at key decision points. UnifiedRespond maintains single-tenant architecture and CMMC-compliant deployment options. Customer data is kept private and never used to train other AI models. The GrowthEngine is available now from the McLean, Virginia-based company.
