Rosarium Health

Tech-enabled home modifications marketplace for mobility

Overview

Rosarium Health runs a tech-enabled marketplace that connects payers, therapists, and licensed remodelers to provide medically necessary home modifications. Its platform handles clinical assessment, care coordination, and installation of accessibility upgrades like ramps and widened doorways. The company serves individuals directly and is building an enterprise product for health plans and provider groups to reduce total medical costs by preventing in-home falls. By integrating care across the clinical and contractor networks, Rosarium Health aims to scale beyond Houston and improve safe, accessible housing while controlling healthcare expenses.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Rosarium raised $6 million in May 2026, reaching $9 million total capital.
  • It is already in-network for 1.2 million Medicare and Medicaid lives.
  • Management expects 4 million covered lives by year-end 2026 and is expanding west and northeast.

What critics are saying

  • Rosarium depends on Medicaid and Medicare Advantage reimbursement policies from CMS and states.
  • A payer termination or slower contract rollout immediately cuts covered-life volume and project flow.
  • If home-modification reimbursement tightens, Rosarium becomes a thin marketplace, not a defensible platform.

What makes Rosarium Health unique

  • Rosarium bundles clinical assessments, contractor fulfillment, prior authorization, and claims submission.
  • It won CalViva and Community Healthplan of Imperial Valley partnerships in May 2026.
  • Its network spans 800 clinicians and 3,000 contractors across 34 states.
