SINGU acquires QRmaint, creating a single platform for managing buildings and industrial assets. The acquisition complements the SINGU platform with a mobile CMMS system designed for managing maintenance of machinery, production lines, and other equipment used in manufacturing plants. This will close the data loop between building management, space, regulatory compliance and ESG, and operational information generated where machines and equipment are actually operated. This is another step in the execution of SINGU's strategy, which aims to create a leading, AI-supported platform for operational property management in Europe. Its foundation is a uniform operational data layer, developed for over 15 years and currently covering more than 250 million sqm of commercial space. QRmaint brings key competencies and functionalities related to maintenance. SINGU, a leading European platform for commercial real estate management, announced today the acquisition of QRmaint, one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe offering CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) solutions. QRmaint's mobile software is used by over 700 organizations, ensuring equipment uptime. Thanks to this transaction, SINGU expands its scope from building management to the machines and industrial equipment within them, offering comprehensive support for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of physical assets throughout their lifecycle. The transaction reflects a broader trend observed in the building operations software market. Enterprise-class systems for planning and managing assets are increasingly being integrated with tools used by maintenance teams, creating a single cohesive data flow. SINGU already supports building management, space, regulatory compliance, and ESG across over 40 markets. QRmaint brings to this ecosystem the most detailed operational data generated by technicians performing inspections, executing service orders, and conducting reactive and predictive actions directly on production floors. As a result, a unified data layer covering both the building and its assets is created. It is this unified data that powers SINGU's AI solutions. The more complete and better connected it is, the more effectively the platform predicts failures, prioritizes work, and recommends actions across entire property portfolios. "Building management systems and solutions ensuring the smooth operation of equipment within them have operated independently for years. The data they collected was similarly dispersed," emphasizes Paweł Malon, Group CEO of SINGU. "SINGU manages assets at the building or entire portfolio level, while QRmaint records everything that happens on the production floor, minute by minute, every day. Together, we create one solution and one coherent picture of the physical world, from building infrastructure to the machine in front of the operator. It is on this comprehensive data that our AI solutions are based, and it is also the foundation for further development of the entire industry." QRmaint, developed for manufacturing companies, industrial plants, and internal maintenance teams, will continue to operate under the brand QRmaint by SINGU. Customers will retain access to the same tools and support, and the multilingual mobile application will become part of the SINGU Group operating in over 40 markets. Both companies were founded in Krakow. Since then, SINGU has expanded its operations, opening offices in Poland, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Mexico, Australia, and Cyprus. With QRmaint's competencies in maintenance, the Group accelerates the construction of a global platform for building and industrial asset management. "Joining QRmaint with SINGU opens a new chapter in the development of our technology. By combining the competencies of both teams, we will develop the product and AI solutions even faster, which truly support maintenance teams. Our ambition is clear: we want our platform to become number one in the European market," said Daniel Kiełbowicz and Przemysław Parzoch, co-founders of QRmaint. The acquisition of QRmaint brings SINGU closer to achieving its ambitious goal of creating the largest platform for operational building management in Europe, a comprehensive system covering both commercial real estate portfolios and individual production lines. SINGU is a pan-European CAFM platform supporting property management, integrating technical maintenance, asset management, and ESG into a single system enhanced with AI-based solutions. The platform is used by companies in the logistics, retail, healthcare, and commercial real estate sectors. SINGU supports over 135,000 users and 1,800 corporate clients, managing space exceeding 250 million sqm across over 40 markets. The SINGU Group includes: Micad by SINGU, net-haus by SINGU, Synbiotix by SINGU, and - after the completion of this transaction - QRmaint by SINGU, a dedicated CMMS solution for maintenance teams.
SINGU, a European commercial property management platform, has acquired QRmaint, a provider of Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). The acquisition expands SINGU's scope from building management to industrial machinery and equipment maintenance. The transaction reflects a broader market trend towards integrating enterprise asset management systems with maintenance tools, creating unified operational data flows. This consolidated data layer powers SINGU's AI solutions, enabling better failure prediction and maintenance prioritisation across property portfolios. "SINGU manages assets at building and portfolio level, whilst QRmaint records everything happening on production floors, minute by minute," said Paweł Malon, group chief executive officer at SINGU. "Together we create one solution and a unified view of the physical world." QRmaint co-founders Daniel Kiełbowicz and Przemysław Parzoch said the acquisition opens new development opportunities for their technology and AI solutions.
SINGU, a European provider of cloud-based property operations software, has acquired UK-based Synbiotix to strengthen its healthcare facilities management capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. Synbiotix provides specialised software for healthcare facilities management, focusing on catering, compliance, infection prevention and control, and audit processes. The company serves over 200 NHS Trusts and other healthcare organisations. The acquisition follows SINGU's purchases of Micad and net-haus in 2025. Together, the three platforms create an integrated facilities management offering combining CAFM maintenance, space and asset intelligence, and healthcare-specific digital tools. Synbiotix will continue operating within SINGU Group whilst gaining access to SINGU's cloud-based platform. The deal forms part of SINGU's buy-and-build strategy to create a vertically integrated platform for property operations across Europe.

We are committed to building an integrated, end-to-end platform that drives value across complex property operations." Synbiotix will continue to operate within the Singu Group, ensuring continuity for existing customers while gaining access to a scalable, cloud-based platform. The integration also opens opportunities to extend Synbiotix's solutions to the existing Micad customer base, supporting operations across more than 200 NHS Trusts. Mark Edell, Managing director of Synbiotix, added: "Joining Singu represents a strategic milestone for Synbiotix. We contribute deep healthcare expertise while benefiting from the technological strength and scalability of the Singu platform, creating new opportunities to deliver greater value to healthcare organisations." The acquisition forms part of Singu's growth strategy in Europe which it says highlights the strategic importance of healthcare to the Group.
