SKELAR opens an office in Lviv and begins recruiting: looking for tech and non-tech specialists. IT company SKELAR opens a new office in Lviv. This was announced by the company's Head of Talent Acquisition, Olesia Dzoba, on LinkedIn. According to her, the company will begin forming its first local team in Lviv in July. This includes both tech and non-tech specialists.
