Sofico, a provider of contract management software for automotive finance and leasing, has acquired Vinli, a US-based automotive AI company. The acquisition accelerates Sofico's agentic AI strategy and adds an intelligence layer to its Sofico Miles platform. Vinli brings two key capabilities: Velona, which uses aggregated operational data to identify priority actions for revenue acceleration and cost savings, and ERA, a connected vehicle data platform that transforms data into actionable intelligence. These will complement Sofico Miles, which has served as the operational backbone for global automotive finance companies for over 35 years. The combined platform aims to provide proactive insights across the contract lifecycle, turning untapped data from contracts, vehicles and operations into prioritised decisions with measurable financial outcomes.
