TELCOR acquires Sample Healthcare to transform RCM operations with AI, enhancing efficiency and reducing administrative burdens for laboratory leaders.

TELCOR has acquired Sample Healthcare, an AI workflow platform for revenue cycle and clinical operations. The deal combines TELCOR's revenue cycle system with Sample's AI-driven workflow engine to handle tasks including prior authorisations, appeals, payer follow-up and document processing. Sample Healthcare will remain available as a standalone platform, allowing organisations to use it within existing systems or as part of TELCOR's integrated offering. The Sample Healthcare team will continue in leadership roles, whilst existing customers gain access to expanded support. The combined platform aims to reduce labour-intensive processes and improve collections, speed and accuracy across revenue cycle workflows. TELCOR plans to deploy these capabilities across its services and customer base.
