Overview

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation is a private operating nonprofit that supports three programs to build a more equal and resilient world: LeanIn.Org for women’s career advancement, OptionB.Org for resilience after adversity, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program for diverse young leaders. It funds and organizes these programs, channeling donations into training, resilience tools, scholarships, mentorship, and professional development. Unlike many nonprofits that outsource core work, SGB directly implements and coordinates its initiatives under one family-backed foundation. Its goal is to empower women, help people cope with adversity, and advance diverse young leaders through scholarships and mentorship.
