Schneider Geospatial Expands Florida Presence

Schneider Geospatial expands Florida presence. CLEVELAND and DALLAS, October 6, 2025 | Align Capital Partners' ("ACP") portfolio company Schneider Geospatial, LLC ("Schneider Geospatial" or the "Company") announced today the acquisition of the local government web portal business from Grizzly Logic, Inc. This strategic investment expands Schneider Geospatial's presence in the Florida market, with the Company now serving over half of the state's 67 counties. The acquired accounts will be upgraded to Schneider Geospatial's flagship Beacon solution at no additional cost to the counties, ensuring uninterrupted service while providing access to the state's most advanced parcel management tools. "This acquisition accelerates our mission to bring modern and affordable digital government services to all of Florida," said Jeff Corns, President and CEO of Schneider Geospatial. "Our commitment to consistency and innovation ensures a seamless and exceptional experience for users across the state." As part of the agreement, Schneider Geospatial will license Grizzly Logic's technology to avoid any services disruption. Timothy M.
