Overview

Seis is a web-based information system for special education that centralizes online management and storage of IEPs and student records for California schools. It allows districts and SELPAs to create, store, and track IEPs, manage student data, and generate reports from anywhere with internet access. Operated by CodeStack, a department of the San Joaquin County Office of Education, Seis serves 115 SELPAs and more than 1,500 LEAs/School Districts in California. The platform differentiates itself by being maintained by a public-education organization and offering a centralized, compliant toolset designed to meet state and federal requirements, helping districts streamline data management and improve the delivery of special education services. The goal is to help districts and SELPAs stay compliant, standardize processes, and enhance the quality of services for students with disabilities.
