SENSIA formalises strategic alliance with Saudi Aramco to advance industrial digitalization.

SENSIA formalises strategic alliance with Saudi Aramco to advance industrial digitalization. * July 14, 2026 SENSIA's intelligent infrared monitoring solutions are recognized as a key technology partner to support Aramco's operational excellence through process digitalization for emissions reduction, asset integrity, and safety. SENSIA, the Spanish leader in intelligent infrared (IR) imaging technology, has been selected by Saudi Aramco as a supplier partner to collaborate on advancing smart asset monitoring, emissions detection and industrial digitalization across all of Aramco's global operations. SENSIA's participation represents a strategic milestone for Spanish industrial technology on the global energy stage, positioning the company as a key partner in Aramco's operational efficiency, emissions management and sustainability agenda. The collaboration focuses on three key areas: * Smart asset monitoring and digitalization * Real-time leak and emissions detection and quantification * Flare efficiency monitoring Areas of collaboration. Intelligent Asset Monitoring & Digitalization: SENSIA's solutions enable safer automated operations through continuous, autonomous monitoring of critical assets and components through smart thermography for preventive maintenance, early flame detection, tank monitoring (product level, water/sludge, and emissions), and person and vehicle tracking. Environmental sustainability: Deployment of SENSIA RedLook technology aimed at detecting and quantifying gas leaks, improving the accuracy and efficiency of Aramco's leak detection and repair programs (LDAR). Flare Efficiency Monitoring: SENSIA's multispectral imaging solutions monitor combustion efficiency (CE) and destruction and removal efficiency (DRE) in real time, integrating Flare monitoring data directly into Aramco's operational control panels. Executive statements. Francisco Cortés Martínez, PhD - CEO & Founder, SENSIA "Our partnership with Saudi Aramco reflects a shared conviction that continuous, AI-driven infrared imaging monitoring is now essential technology for world-class energy operations. We are proud to contribute to Vision 2030's economic and environmental transformation by deploying our technology across the Kingdom's critical energy assets." Strategic significance. A new paradigm is emerging in the energy industry. One where operational excellence is measured by the ability to achieve total climate neutrality, zero incidents and the minimum necessary human intervention while preserving full operational performance. SENSIA's first-in-class technology contributes to this transformation by providing the intelligence, precision and trusted data required to operate complex energy infrastructures with the highest levels of efficiency and control. The complete traceability and digital certification of operational data create a foundation of transparency and accountability for investors, regulators and society, while enabling field resources to be deployed only where they add real value. By embracing this vision, Aramco continues to lead the evolution of the energy sector, setting a new global standard for safer, cleaner, smarter and more transparent operations.

RedLook(TM) Long-Range OGI Testing at TotalEnergies TADI

RedLook(TM) long-range OGI testing at TotalEnergies TADI. At the TotalEnergies Anomalies Detection Initiatives (TADI) site in Lacq, France, SENSIA's RedLook(TM) technology was evaluated for long-range Optical Gas Imaging (OGI). The tests confirmed its ability to detect methane emissions from over 1 km away, marking a new step in precision monitoring for the Oil & Gas sector. Studies from the IEA, UNEP and EDF show that a few super-emitters account for most methane released worldwide. Identifying and repairing these major leaks offers the fastest, most cost-effective way to reduce emissions. Unlike satellite-based estimations, RedLook(TM) provides direct visual evidence. Operators see the gas plume itself in real time, supported by SENSIA's proprietary detection algorithm. This combination delivers clear, actionable insights for faster decision-making and transparent communication with regulators. * Detect super-emitters across wide areas from a single vantage point. * Obtain verifiable proof through high-fidelity video. * Prioritize repairs for maximum mitigation impact. * Complement regional satellite screening with on-site confirmation. The TADI facility has become a global benchmark for testing methane-detection solutions. RedLook(TM)'s performance there underscores its maturity and value in driving the industry's methane-reduction transition.
