Shiftmove, a Berlin-based company, has acquired Ocean, the fleet management division of Orange Business in France. This acquisition enhances Shiftmove's position as a major European fleet technology provider, serving 27,000 corporate customers and managing 730,000 vehicles. Ocean, founded in 2003, manages over 180,000 vehicles in France. Shiftmove's AI-powered platform aims to meet rising demands on fleet operators due to increasing costs and sustainability requirements.
