Shuttle Labs

Shuttle Labs

Self-custodial cross-chain crypto trading

Overview

Shuttle Labs builds software for digital assets. It started as a digital product studio and now leads the Genius project, a self-custodial digital asset trading platform. Genius lets users trade while keeping private keys under their control. It achieves this with multi-party computation (MPC) technology via Lit Protocol, creating a chain-invisible experience that avoids bridges and cross-chain gas fees. A proprietary liquidity-matching engine gathers liquidity from decentralized exchanges across eight blockchains, giving access to over 12 million tradable assets and enabling secure cross-chain trades in under five seconds. Unlike traditional exchanges that custody funds, Genius combines fast, cross-chain trading with strong user control and security. Shuttle Labs’ goal is to provide a seamless, secure trading experience that preserves user custody, while making complex blockchain data more accessible and usable for a broad audience.

What believers are saying

What critics are saying

  • The January 2026 YZi Labs deal and CZ advisor role increase regulatory and reputational scrutiny.
  • A custody bug or routing exploit would destroy trust and kill the self-custodial thesis.
