Absolute Hotel Services unifies guest acquisition, direct bookings and performance analytics with SiteMinder's platform.

Absolute Hotel Services unifies guest acquisition, direct bookings and performance analytics with SiteMinder's platform. Posted in Case Studies Last updated 8/07/2026 Key facts - Absolute Hotel Services Primary outcome Reduced distribution errors and overbookings, with smoother daily operations across the portfolio Direct booking performance Strengthened through a mobile-friendly, brand-tailored booking engine supporting promotions, add-ons and packages Commercial decision-making Business intelligence used to analyse booking trends by channel, source market and length of stay, replacing guesswork with evidence-based decisions Property type Multi-property hospitality management group (hotels, resorts and serviced residences), Asia-Pacific Absolute Hotel Services is a hospitality management group with a portfolio spanning hotels, resorts and serviced residences across the Asia-Pacific region. Known for its commitment to operational discipline and consistent guest experiences, the group supports independent owners and branded properties alike with a full suite of management, sales and distribution services. SiteMinder spoke with Sunicha Pujchatam, Revenue and Distribution Manager, and her team about online distribution, channel performance and direct booking strategy across the group's properties. Great hotels need one place to run everything. Managing distribution for a multi-property hospitality group is rarely simple. Rate plans, allotments, restrictions and reporting all need to live somewhere reliable, and switching between disconnected tools creates exactly the kind of friction a fast-moving revenue team can't afford. For Sunicha and her team, the priority was finding a single environment that could hold the entire commercial picture in one place, without sacrificing the depth needed for sophisticated revenue management. "Only SiteMinder can control the whole hotel and sales solutions, where there is one hub for everything we need - room rate, allotment, rate plan, restrictions, and being able to pull a report with a selection date with details," the team shares. That requirement for a true all-in-one workspace shaped every conversation about technology, and made it clear that point solutions would no longer be enough. A platform that fits the way the team actually works. After evaluating the market, SiteMinder stood out as the platform that could centralise the entire spectrum of hotel operations and sales solutions. Two-way PMS integration, broad OTA coverage, a strong direct booking experience and reliable performance reporting all sit within one connected interface, removing the need to combine multiple systems together. Equally important was day-to-day usability. The team needed a tool that anyone in the revenue or front office function could pick up quickly and make adjustments if required. SiteMinder's reputation for stable connectivity and dependable support sealed the decision to subscribe to the platform. From fragmented tools to one connected workflow. Since using SiteMinder's channel manager, the team has reclaimed control of its OTA distribution and operational efficiency. "SiteMinder's channel manager updates rates and availability quickly across all OTAs, reducing errors and overbookings. It integrates well with PMS systems and keeps daily operations smooth," Sunicha explains. The direct channel has seen a similar lift through SiteMinder's booking engine, which can be tailored to each property's brand and helps the group convert more of the demand it works hard to attract. For guests completing their reservation on mobile, the experience is equally strong, with clear rate visibility, a user-friendly interface and a straightforward booking flow that removes friction at the moment of decision. "The booking engine is clean, mobile-friendly, and simple to customise. It supports promotions, add-ons, and packages, helping improve direct bookings," Sunicha adds. Behind the scenes, SiteMinder's business intelligence has become an equally powerful commercial tool. The team regularly analyses booking trends across distribution channels, source markets and length of stay, benchmarking performance against previous periods to understand how demand evolves over time. "By monitoring source market performance and channel contribution, we can focus promotional efforts on high-potential markets and optimise our channel mix to maximise revenue opportunities," Sunicha notes. That depth of insight has turned everyday distribution decisions into evidence-based ones, replacing guesswork with data. One platform for your entire portfolio's commercial operation Absolute Hotel Services centralised distribution, direct bookings and performance reporting for its Asia-Pacific portfolio on SiteMinder. See what one connected workspace could do for your group. Smoother operations, stronger bookings, smarter decisions. The cumulative impact of SiteMinder's platform on Absolute Hotel Services has been felt across every part of the business. Distribution errors and overbookings have been reduced through reliable real-time syncing, while improved rate management and booking visibility across channels have enabled the group to maintain its competitiveness and capture booking opportunities more effectively. Daily operations are noticeably smoother thanks to dependable PMS integration, and direct booking performance has strengthened through a flexible, mobile-friendly booking engine that supports the team's promotional strategies. With detailed, on-demand reporting now available in a few clicks, the group has the visibility to make confident, data-driven commercial decisions and the time to focus on growth instead of admin. "SiteMinder is a solid, efficient tool that delivers stable connections, strong integrations, and a user-friendly experience for both hotel teams and guests," Sunicha concludes. For Absolute Hotel Services, the move to a unified platform has built the operational foundation needed to scale the portfolio with confidence. Thank you, Sunicha, for your feedback and SiteMinder look forward to helping the team achieve success in the future! Run your entire commercial operation from one platform, like Absolute Hotel Services. Juggling disconnected tools for rates, allotments, restrictions and reporting slows down even the sharpest revenue team. Absolute Hotel Services replaced that fragmentation with a single connected workspace on SiteMinder's platform - giving its Asia-Pacific portfolio one hub for distribution, direct bookings and performance reporting, with the depth needed for sophisticated revenue management. * Control every rate and channel from one hub: Use SiteMinder's channel manager to update rates and availability across all your OTAs in real time, cutting errors and overbookings while keeping PMS integration seamless. * Convert more of the demand you attract: A mobile-friendly booking engine, tailored to your brand and built to support promotions, add-ons and packages, turns browsing guests into direct bookings. * Replace guesswork with evidence-based decisions: SiteMinder's business intelligence surfaces booking trends by channel, source market and length of stay, so you can focus promotional effort where it pays off.

Belfast Africa elevates visibility, occupancy and control via SiteMinder's platform.

Belfast Africa elevates visibility, occupancy and control via SiteMinder's platform. Posted in Case Studies Last updated 8/07/2026 Key facts - Belfast Africa Primary outcome Steady month-on-month growth in visibility and occupancy across three Accra properties Distribution reach Centralised rate and availability management across OTAs, plus metasearch visibility via Demand Plus on Google Hotel Ads, Trivago and Tripadvisor Operational impact Reduced overbookings and manual errors, and faster onboarding for new team members, through real-time channel updates Property type Luxury concierge and multi-property management company (hotel, all-suite residence and boutique property), Accra, Ghana Belfast Africa is a premier luxury concierge and property management company based in Accra, Ghana. Its portfolio includes three distinctive hospitality brands: Number One Oxford Street Hotel & Suites, a contemporary luxury hotel in the heart of Osu; Kwarleyz Residence, an exclusive all-suite residence in the Airport Residential Area; and The Vynyard, Accra, a boutique luxury property designed for travellers seeking privacy and comfort. Together, the three properties offer premium accommodation alongside bespoke travel, lifestyle and wellness services tailored to both business and leisure guests. Managing distribution, visibility and guest engagement across three unique brands requires technology that can scale with the business. Using SiteMinder, Belfast Africa has streamlined these operations while maintaining the high standards of service each property is known for. SiteMinder spoke with Lara Martey, Belfast Africa's Digital Marketing Coordinator, who oversees the company's online visibility, distribution strategy and digital performance across its hotel portfolio. Manual processes were inhibiting the brand's growth. Before adopting SiteMinder's leading platform, Belfast Africa was relying on tools that made it hard to keep pace with its ambitions. Updating rates across multiple OTAs for three different properties meant repetitive manual work and an ongoing risk that what guests saw online did not match what was available in the property management system (PMS). Metasearch strategy was also difficult to manage in a coordinated way, which limited how consistently the company could turn digital demand into confirmed bookings. Bringing new team members into the operation also required more training time than the business would have liked. Older systems were not intuitive, so staff needed additional support to become confident managing inventory and online distribution across the portfolio. Run every property from one connected platform Belfast Africa manages three distinct luxury brands from a single SiteMinder setup - real-time distribution, metasearch visibility and guest communication, all in one place. See what it could do for your portfolio. SiteMinder aligned to Belfast Africa's plans to scale up. As Belfast Africa looked to strengthen its technology stack, the company focused on a few core requirements: real-time, reliable connectivity to key OTAs, smooth integration with its existing PMS and a single platform that could consolidate distribution, guest communication and performance reporting across all three properties. SiteMinder stood out for meeting these needs while also reflecting a clear understanding of hotelier reality. The platform is updated regularly in response to how hoteliers work, reducing operational friction over time instead of leaving teams to work around a static, one-off tool. "One thing I appreciate is that the platform keeps evolving. You can tell it's being built around the real challenges hotels face every day, rather than staying the same year after year," says Lara. Turning connectivity, communication and insights into daily advantages. SiteMinder's channel manager now sits at the centre of Belfast Africa's guest acquisition setup. The team can adjust rates and availability for all three properties in just a few clicks, with changes reflected across connected channels in real time. What was once a slow routine task has become a streamlined workflow, freeing staff to focus on higher-value initiatives across operations, revenue and marketing. The broader mix of OTAs has also helped Belfast Africa tap into demand from new markets, placing its properties in front of travellers who might not have encountered the brand before. "The incredible reach of the channel manager has opened us up to distribution channels we probably wouldn't have considered otherwise. It has definitely helped us expand our visibility and reach more potential guests," explains Lara. To complement OTA reach, SiteMinder's Demand Plus keeps the properties present on key metasearch sites like Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor, so Belfast Africa appears where high-intent travellers are actively comparing options. This gives the company's digital marketing efforts a stronger foundation, with the attention of guests captured at the vital decision-making moments. "Demand Plus has also been a game changer in maintaining visibility across multiple metasearch platforms," mentions Lara. Guest communication has become more structured and scalable. With SiteMinder's Guest Engagement, the team can email guests, share timely updates and request feedback after departure, all within the same ecosystem. That makes it easier to maintain a consistent brand voice across three properties while building longer-term relationships throughout the guest journey. On the analytics side, SiteMinder's reporting and insights provide clear, accessible views of performance. The team can quickly understand channel mix, spot shifts in demand and see how different tactics are performing, without heavy manual reporting. This data sits alongside a broad set of integrations with Belfast Africa's PMS and third-party tools across CRS, digital marketing, upselling, revenue management and CRM, helping ensure decisions in areas like pricing, promotions and campaigns are grounded in current information. "The guest management tool makes it easy to email guests, keep them updated, and follow up with post-checkout feedback," says Lara. "And the reporting and insights functions are pretty easy to use, straightforward, and very useful for decision-making." Stronger visibility, leaner admin and more time for guests. Since adopting SiteMinder's platform to manage its portfolio, Belfast Africa has seen a clear shift in how efficiently it can operate and grow the business. "We've seen steady month-on-month growth across our properties," says Lara. The three properties (Number One Oxford Street Hotel & Suites, Kwarleyz Residence, The Vynyard, Accra) now benefit from broader exposure through both OTAs and metasearch, which supports sustained improvements in visibility and occupancy. "Honestly, for us, it's become the central platform for managing distribution, guest communication and performance across our properties," says Lara. "The platform integrates well with our existing PMS as well as other hotel-management tools which keep our operations seamless." Real-time, accurate updates across channels have sharply reduced the risk of overbookings and manual errors. Bulk updates and streamlined workflows have cut the time spent on routine administration, allowing teams on the ground to invest more energy in crafting the high-touch experiences that define the brand. "Training new team members is relatively easy since the interface is intuitive, and this saves us considerable onboarding time." Taken together, these gains have given Belfast Africa a more predictable and scalable operation, and the confidence to keep expanding its portfolio while preserving the elevated standard of service that guests expect. Thank you, Lara, for the valued feedback and SiteMinder look forward to working with Belfast Africa as it continues its growth story! Manage multiple properties as one seamless operation, the way Belfast Africa does. Running multiple distinctive properties shouldn't mean multiplying your admin. Belfast Africa consolidated distribution, guest communication and performance reporting for its three Accra properties onto SiteMinder's platform - cutting manual admin, sharpening visibility across OTAs and metasearch, and freeing the team to focus on the guest experience instead of routine updates. * Centralise distribution across every property: Update rates and availability for your entire portfolio in a few clicks, with changes reflected across connected channels in real time. * Capture high-intent demand with Demand Plus: Stay visible on Google Hotel Ads, Trivago and Tripadvisor, so your properties appear at the exact moment travellers are comparing options. * Build guest relationships that scale with you: Use Guest Engagement to email guests, share updates and collect post-stay feedback, all from one consistent platform.

SiteMinder's recurring revenue model draws investor attention amid travel software volatility

SiteMinder, an Australian hotel commerce SaaS platform, recently experienced a 10% share price jump amid heavier trading activity, drawing renewed investor attention to its recurring revenue model. Despite the rally, SiteMinder remains unprofitable, reporting losses of A$4.78 million in its latest half-year results.
