Overview
Spartan Logistics runs warehouses and freight services for manufacturers and distributors that outsource the storage and movement of their goods. Its operating model combines warehouses it owns with its own trucks, forklifts, and other equipment, giving it direct control over the facilities and transport used for customers. Businesses hire Spartan to receive, store, and distribute products, including food, beverages, paper, and packaging, through dedicated or shared warehouse operations. It also arranges industrial property brokerage and warehouse construction services through specialist affiliates. Founded in 1988, the family-owned company is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
