Off The Hook Yachts has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bellhart Marine Group and its affiliated entities, creating what it calls the Carolinas' premier marine service and refit platform. The acquisition establishes a three-location network spanning Cape Fear River Shipyard, a Market Street facility and Sloop Point Marina. The vertically integrated, AI-powered marine marketplace says the acquisition will accelerate inventory reconditioning, improve gross margins through lower service costs and increase control over quality. Off The Hook believes its Wilmington-based platform offers cost advantages over South Florida and strategic positioning between Florida and Northeast markets. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close within a standard timeline. It complements Off The Hook's previously announced South Florida and Mid-Atlantic hubs.
