Sprague announces Chris Kalsbeek as California Regional Manager. Sprague Pest Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Kalsbeek, A.C.E. as California Regional Manager, leading operations throughout California and Reno, Nevada. This strategic appointment reflects Sprague's continued investment in operational density and long-term growth across California, where the company currently operates five branches statewide. Chris brings 25 years of commercial pest management experience, with a career that began in the field and progressed to senior executive leadership. Prior to joining Sprague, Chris spent more than two decades in Northern California, where he served in multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer, General Manager, and most recently Director of Field Operations, overseeing large, complex multi-branch operations Throughout his career, Chris has been recognized for pairing deep technical expertise with a hands-on, people-first leadership approach. He holds California Branch 2 and Branch 3 licenses, multiple Qualified Applicator Licenses (QALs), a wildlife trapping license, and bird exclusion certifications. He also earned his Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.) designation in 2013, demonstrating his commitment to scientific excellence and industry leadership. "Chris's track record of building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and leading at scale makes him uniquely qualified for this role," said Director of Operations, Shane Hartnett, A.C.E. During its 2026 Super Meeting and 11th Annual Awards Gala, Sprague Pest Solutions unveiled a first in company history: a special edition service vehicle awarded to the Bob Treleven Technician of the Year, Tyler McCullough of the Boise branch. In honor of Sprague's 100th anniversary, the 2025 Toyota Tacoma features a bold gray exterior accented with a gold stripe to honor Sprague's centennial. Sprague service vehicles are traditional white, making this commemorative truck especially striking. The back quarter panel includes a custom "2025 Tech of the Year" designation, distinguishing it within the fleet and symbolizing the elite achievement of the award recipient. McCullough has spent four consecutive years in the Top 10% of Technicians, this past year he once again impressed by staying at the very of Sprague in production, quality, sales, and google reviews. "We are honored to present this special edition vehicle during a year that represents both our legacy and our future," said Ross Treleven, President and CEO. Sprague marks 100 years with historic Super Meeting and Awards Gala. Sprague Pest Solutions brought together team members from across its growing footprint for its 2026 Super Meeting and 11th Annual Awards Gala. This year marked the largest Super Meeting in company history with nearly 400 attendees and served as a special milestone as the company celebrates its 100th anniversary. Sprague welcomed respected alumni and local business leaders for two days of connection and celebration, honoring the company's legacy while looking ahead to its next chapter. "For 100 years, Sprague has grown by staying true to who we are," said President and CEO, Ross Treleven. "Reaching this milestone is a testament to the generations of team members who have built this company through their commitment to quality, service, and doing the right thing." Attendees heard from Scott Welle, international best-selling author of Outperform the Norm. Welle's presentation focused on creating a high-performance mindset, and the habits required to achieve extraordinary results both personally and professionally. The event culminated in the 11th Annual awards Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating both Sprague's centennial year and the outstanding achievements from across the organization. During the gala, a special tribute video by the Treleven family was premiered in honor of the 100th anniversary. Sprague Elevates Internal Leadership to Drive Growth and Quality

Sprague elevates internal leadership to drive growth and quality. Sprague Pest Solutions announces the appointment of Taylor Olsson to Executive Business Partner and Martha Branch, ACE to Quality Assurance Manager. In her new role, Olsson will serve as a strategic partner to Sprague CEO and President Ross Treleven, helping strengthen alignment across departments while supporting the execution of key business priorities. With strong institutional knowledge and a deep understanding of Sprague's operations, she will help connect long-term strategy to day-to-day progress and ensure initiatives move forward with focus and momentum. Olsson will also help reinforce accountability and follow-through by keeping priorities clear, teams aligned, and key initiatives advancing. Branch will lead Sprague's Quality Assurance team, one of the strongest quality assurance programs in the pest management industry. Sprague's QA team operations as a fully independent function, separate from day-to-operations, and is dedicated to verifying that every service meets or exceeds federal and state regulations, customer expectations, and audit requirements. As QA Manager, Branch will oversee audits of pest management services at client sites, maintain inspection and compliance documentation, and partner closely with Sprague's Operation and Technical teams to ensure service quality and consistency across the organization. In addition to overseeing audits, Branch will dive continuous improvement across QA processes and documentation, including enhancements and updates to Sprague's Online Logbook. She will also lead QA documentation updates, and improving the usability of audit data, helping strengthen branch quality and consistency across the organization. "These promotions reflect Sprague's investment in leadership that strengthens collaboration and service quality at every level," said Ross Treleven, CEO & President of Sprague. "Taylor and Martha will play critical roles in supporting our long-term growth strategies and ensuring we continue delivering the high standards our customer expect."
