ARA welcomes Federico Blanco as Co-General Counsel. * Co-General Counsel American Realty Advisors (ARA) announced today that Federico Blanco has joined the firm as Co-General Counsel. In this role, Mr. Blanco will work closely with senior leadership, helping to guide the firm's legal strategy and governance framework. Mr. Blanco has more than 20 years of experience in senior legal roles providing strategic counsel to complex commercial organizations across multiple industries. His background spans contract negotiation, litigation management, corporate governance, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership teams. He will partner closely with the firm's current Co-General Counsel, Kristin Adrian.
