It offers a library of 2,800+ curated materials, 340+ teacher-developed lesson plans, daily student news, and 90+ professional development courses, with lessons usable across social studies, language arts, and science and built on an 'inquire, investigate, inspire' model; all resources are vetted by scientists and teachers. The organization also creates regional and state hubs that align materials with local standards, such as the New Jersey Climate Change Education Hub, and by mid-2025 had launched nine state hubs with over 900,000 visitors. Its goal is to make climate change teaching accessible to all educators, improve climate literacy in K-12, and provide resources and professional development at no cost.
