Worldwide livestream event will launch with community vote starting November 1st to decide 2024 game for February 24th-25th event to support SAVE suicide prevention effortsMINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 27, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Save&Raid, www.saveandraid.org, a charity event held on the livestreaming site Twitch.tv, has started organizing for its 2024 event to raise money and awareness for SAVE - Suicide Awareness Voices of Education, www.save.org. In the previous three years, Save&Raid has raised over $32,000 on behalf of SAVE to support suicide prevention."SAVE&RAID" LIVESTREAM CHARITY EVENT TO LAUNCH 4TH YEAR SUPPORTING SUICIDE PREVENTION EFFORTS OF SAVE Post this Save&Raid 2024 begins Phase One of its effort to raise funds and awareness for SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education) to support its work to prevent suicide and SAVE lives.Beginning Wednesday November 1st at 10am Pacific Time, Save&Raid will launch a global community vote that will decide the series of games that will be played during Saturday, February 24th and Sunday, February 25th. Launched in 2016 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Bandana Project has since been acquired by Suicide Awareness Voices of Education and incorporated into the SAVE family of programs for suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
