Sunnyside Communities operates Life Plan Communities in Virginia, with three campuses in Harrisonburg, Martinsville, and Waynesboro. It provides a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, with an entrance fee and ongoing monthly fees for predictable healthcare costs. Residents can move between care levels within the same campus, preserving continuity and community, in a faith-based Presbyterian nonprofit model. The goal is to offer integrated, faith-aligned senior living that supports changing needs on the same campus while maintaining stability, dignity, and community.
