On January 1, 2024, Syscon Inc. officially moved its corporation to Arizona and its name was updated to Syscon Information Systems, Inc.
In tougher economic times, hardware purchases went down, but Syscon Inc. saw a new trend as clients invested in maintenance of their existing infrastructure and rolled out its then-new tools for automation of anti-virus, patch management, and monitoring.
When Syscon Inc. jumped ‘all-in’ for Microsoft 365, Syscon Inc. rolled out Teams Voice (which is different than just Teams).
