TTJM Labs provides AI-driven automation software that helps pharmacies automate repetitive, high-volume tasks without replacing existing systems. It uses AI agents that plug into current pharmacy management systems to handle prescription intake, data entry, fax processing, refill management, prior authorization, and patient communications. Each deployment uses the Dual-Expert Model, pairing a pharmacist with an AI engineer to tailor automation to real-world workflows and ensure clinical accuracy and compliance. TJM Labs targets independent, specialty, compounding, and enterprise pharmacies in the US and Canada, offering AI-as-a-service that reduces manual data entry and frees pharmacists to focus on patient care, with growth supported by acquisitions like EncoreRx and Pharmesol.

I'm excited to share that Pharmesol has been acquired by TJM Labs, and I'll be joining the team as Chief Technology Officer. People often ask how I ended up in pharmacy. Honestly, it was fate. When I studied Computer Science at MIT and researched how computers could think like clinicians, I thought my path would be somewhere at the intersection of AI and healthcare. I definitely didn't expect to end up building for pharmacies. Then I met my cofounder Natalie Park, PharmD in a class called Healthcare Ventures. What started as a class project turned into customer interviews. Customer interviews turned into an idea. And eventually that idea became Pharmesol. Over the years, we spent countless hours talking to pharmacists, technicians, owners, and staff trying to understand where technology could actually make a difference. We built, tested, scrapped ideas, rebuilt, pivoted, and kept going. There were plenty of late nights debugging issues, preparing demos, rewriting products, and jumping between customer calls. My friends and family know me as the person with a laptop open in the back of an Uber, on vacation, or walking down the street while taking a call. Through it all, so many people made this possible. We had incredible environments to explore ambitious ideas. Friends became sounding boards. Mentors shared hard-earned advice. Investors took a chance on us. Customers trusted us and pushed us to build better products. Family supported me through every high and low. Most importantly, I'm grateful to the Pharmesol team. Building a company from the ground up is never the work of one person, and I'm incredibly proud of what we've built together. What excites me most is that the mission doesn't change. The hard problems don't go away. The building doesn't stop. Now I get to continue that journey alongside the incredible team at TJM Labs with more than 100 team members, serving over 400 pharmacies and helping process more than 300,000 prescriptions every day. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to help lead engineering during this next chapter and to continue building technology that helps pharmacies operate more efficiently and deliver even better care. To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. I'm excited for what's next. Back to building. 🚀 https://lnkd.in/eTBx7xNq | 46 comments on LinkedIn

BioTek reMEDys manages complex, high-touch therapies, including biologics and biotherapeutics, where verifying patient coverage and benefits is a critical step in getting patients access to treatment. The process requires teams to review thousands of incoming documents, create and update patient profiles, verify insurance information and contact payers by phone. BioTek reMEDys is deploying TJM Labs AI agents across this workflow, beginning with processing incoming patient documentation and creating patient profiles within its pharmacy management system. TJM Labs AI agents are currently processing over 4,500 patient records per week for the specialty pharmacy, reducing the amount of manual work required to review incoming information and create patient profiles. As part of the initiative, BioTek reMEDys has also selected TJM Labs Voice AI to support outbound phone calls for benefits verification with payers. TJM Labs announces $100M raised, 450+ live pharmacies, and two acquisitions as it defines Pharmacy AI. Built by pharmacists and engineers, the pharmacy AI platform reveals previously unannounced funding rounds and strategic acquisitions as it consolidates a fragmenting market. Wilmington, Delaware - July 2, 2026 - TJM Labs, the leading pharmacy AI platform automating operational work for pharmacies, today announced it has raised $100 million across three funding rounds in approximately six months: a $10 million Series A, a $15 million Series A-1, and a $75 million Series B led by Elephant, with participation from Arthur Ventures and Updata Partners. The company also announced it is now live in 450+ pharmacies and has completed two acquisitions, EncoreRx and Pharmesol, expanding its automation and voice capabilities into a single pharmacy-native platform. TJM Labs' AI agents automate repetitive workflows including prescription intake, data entry, refills, prior authorization support, and patient communication across the pharmacy systems teams already use. The announcement marks the company's shift from quiet operator to visible category leader as the pharmacy AI market moves beyond pilots and point solutions to enterprise-scale platforms. "Pharmacy AI is no longer theoretical - it is already running in hundreds of pharmacies," said Jonathan Adly, Founder and CEO of TJM Labs. "We built TJM Labs to automate the real operational work that slows pharmacy teams down, and we've done it with pharmacists and engineers working side by side. With AI agents processing more than 500,000 pharmacy tasks every day across 450+ pharmacies and $100 million raised, we're accelerating the platform pharmacies already rely on." Built by pharmacists, for pharmacies. TJM Labs' core differentiator is its pharmacy-native expertise. The company was founded by a team with deep experience in pharmacy operations, including Adly, who worked as a pharmacist for 15 years prior to founding TJM Labs. That expertise is built into the company's Dual-Expert Model(TM), which pairs pharmacists with AI engineers on deployments so automation is designed around real pharmacy workflows, operational complexity, and pharmacist oversight. TJM's AI agents operate across the systems pharmacy teams already use, helping automate workflows without requiring rip-and-replace. Consolidating a fragmenting market. As pharmacies move beyond point solutions toward enterprise AI platforms, TJM Labs is leading with a unified platform approach. The company's acquisitions of EncoreRx and Pharmesol add automation and voice capabilities into one pharmacy-native platform. "TJM Labs has built what pharmacy AI companies are still pitching: a production platform already running inside hundreds of pharmacies processing millions of tasks annually," said Jeremiah Daly, General Partner at Elephant. "The company's combination of pharmacy-native expertise, deployed AI agents, and measurable customer outcomes gives it a clear leadership position in a category moving from experimentation to infrastructure." TJM's approach is designed to reallocate labor, not replace clinical judgment. Its agents reduce repetitive manual work that contributes to staff burnout and operational bottlenecks, freeing pharmacists and technicians to focus more time on patient care. Proven across pharmacy segments. TJM Labs has scaled across retail, specialty, compounding, long-term care, mail order, central fill, and enterprise pharmacy environments, from independent pharmacies to high-volume, multi-location operations. "TJM Labs has been a game changer for our pharmacy. In a highly regulated environment where automation and AI aren't easy to implement, their experience and thoughtful approach made all the difference," said Ann Olaguer, Senior Director, Data Strategy and IT at Valor Compounding Pharmacy. "We already have a strong tech stack, and TJM helped us truly leverage it by designing AI agents that fit our workflows, reduce manual work, and let our teams focus more on patient care. The impact has been immediate and meaningful across our operations. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent. They genuinely feel like an extension of our team." About TJM Labs. TJM Labs is the leading pharmacy AI platform, automating operational work across the pharmacy systems teams already use. Built by pharmacists and AI engineers, TJM's AI agents process more than 500,000 pharmacy tasks every day across 450+ pharmacies, powering operations from independent pharmacies to enterprise organizations.
