Overview

Tachyon Industrial designs and builds high-energy particle accelerators in the United States to create controlled extreme environments for testing critical electronics. It currently focuses on more powerful, efficient accelerators and the facilities needed to expose devices to high radiation and particle flux for reliability testing. In the long term, it aims to explore novel fuel sources for deep-space missions by connecting accelerator technology to space energy solutions. The team brings experience from SpaceX, SLAC, Brookhaven, and Los Alamos, and it is supported by venture capital firms and advisors from Fermilab, CERN, NASA, and JPL, which helps guide its technical and commercial path.
