Yancy brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief People Officer at Kaplan North America. She previously held Chief Human Resource Officer roles at Understood.org and The Fresh Market, and seven years as Commissioner of Human Resources for the City of Atlanta.
