These tools enabled staff to work more efficiently and securely by automating routine tasks and enhancing decision-making. He led initiatives including USAspending.gov and the IT Dashboard, two of the first public platforms designed to make government spending and IT investments more accessible and accountable to citizens. His career spans leadership positions with REI Systems, Phase One Consulting Group, and Incapsulate, where he guided complex federal modernization programs from concept to execution.
