ARMS, a cloud-based public safety software provider backed by Vertica Capital Partners, has acquired Teleosoft, a provider of civil process and court case management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. Teleosoft serves more than 80 counties across the United States through its CountySuite platform, which handles sheriff civil process, court case management, e-filing, and related county workflows. The acquisition expands ARMS' public safety portfolio, which already includes law enforcement, parking and enforcement, and corrections solutions. Teleosoft will join ARMS, Cardinal Tracking, and ATIMS under the ARMS Public Safety Technologies portfolio. Teleosoft will continue operating as a dedicated county government platform whilst benefiting from ARMS' infrastructure and security standards. Existing Teleosoft customers will retain access to their current support channels.
