Overview

The ECA International Group provides a SaaS platform that helps multinational employers manage compliance and duty of care for business travellers and remote workers. The software checks if travel arrangements and work assignments comply with tax, immigration, social security, posted worker rules, permanent establishment and other global laws. It plugs into travelers' booking tools, HR information systems, and tax/immigration vendors, so all systems stay in sync. Unlike tools that cover only a single country or regulation, ECA covers many countries and multiple areas in one workflow and focuses on integration across the company tech stack. Its goal is to reduce compliance risk, protect workers, and enable safe international mobility by keeping regulations up to date and automatically guiding decisions.
