The Joint Corp reported a 14% year-over-year revenue increase to $15.2 million in Q2 2026, driven by its transition to a pure-play franchisor model. Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations surged by $1.4 million to $1.5 million, whilst cash flow from operating activities grew 152% to $2.2 million. The company's refranchising initiative is nearly complete, positioning it as a capital-light franchisor with projected adjusted EBITDA margins of 19–21%. The company lowered its full-year 2026 new clinic opening guidance to 22–26, down from 30–35, and expects net clinic count to be lower than 2025. Management noted comp sales improved towards quarter-end, with pricing contributing in the low single-digit range.
