TransPerfect Acquires MPC and The Mill

TransPerfect has acquired two France-based Technicolor Group studios: MPC and The Mill. The financial terms were not disclosed. MPC Paris specializes in post-production and visual effects for film and episodic content, with recent work on Oscar-winning films like Anatomy of a Fall. The Mill Paris is a creative content studio for advertising and brand experiences. Both brands will continue to operate under TransPerfect Media.
