Ultima is the venture arm of BCS Capital DIFC. It invests capital and provides strategic support to startups and growth-stage companies across Europe and the Middle East. Backed by BCS’s $5 billion assets under management and with offices in New York, London, Dubai, and Limassol, Ultima helps portfolio companies scale by connecting them to BCS’s networks, clients, and resources. Its investment history includes Alto Pharmacy, Rapyd, Byju’s, Acronis, Trax Retail, showing activity across fintech, software, and retail tech. Unlike many investors, Ultima leverages BCS’s multi-asset platform and regional reach to bridge markets between Europe and the MENA region. The goal is to back ambitious companies with growth potential and help them grow through capital, guidance, and access to a global network.
