Overview

The Utopia Studio is a venture studio that co-builds AI companies with domain experts through its Co-Build Fellowship, bringing professionals like surgeons, nurses, energy operators, and infrastructure specialists into hands-on sprint work (including in Doha, Qatar) to transform their expertise into AI products for global markets. Teams combine real-world knowledge with AI development via collaborative sprints and close practitioner collaboration to create dedicated AI offerings across sectors such as construction, energy, healthcare, and security. Unlike some peers, it directly partners with domain experts rather than relying mostly on in-house engineers or researchers, and it maintains a diverse portfolio while running international programs and developing its own toolkit. Its goal is to turn practitioners’ expertise into scalable AI products and to build a growing family of AI-driven solutions through portfolio companies and internal tools like Utopia OS.
