Rising pressures in mineral processing can lead to greater fluctuations in equipment wear, maintenance schedules and asset condition, making it more difficult for operators to plan their campaigns. This often results in heightened uncertainty regarding production levels, maintenance and overall ownership costs. The new model maintains the same physical footprint as previous WARMAN mill circuit pumps, allowing for potential increases in plant throughput without significant infrastructure modifications. Field trials have taken place across three continents, exposing the pump to high-wear mill circuit environments. Weir reports that the trials demonstrated the pump can operate reliably under strenuous conditions, enabling longer and more predictable operating periods. A completely new concept for mining class excavators Weir - ESCO 01 July 2026 ESCO development engineers started with a clean slate to conceptualise and construct a mining hoe bucket that exceeded customer expectations in all areas of performance and durability. Through years of experience, field research and computer simulation, the Production Master(TM) hoe bucket was refined with exacting specifications. The initial Production Master(TM) bucket accumulated over 8,700 hours during its first campaign operating on an EX3600 at a South American coal mine in Colombia.
