Therabody makes wellness technology, starting with the Theragun percussive therapy device to relieve muscle pain and speed up recovery. The device delivers rapid, targeted bursts of pressure to muscles, helping reduce pain and stiffness and support rehabilitation, and it has evolved into a broader wellness ecosystem. Unlike firms focused on a single gadget, Therabody combines hardware, software, and services across a range of wellness needs and has attracted major funding to expand its product line. Its goal is to improve health and well-being through accessible, technology-driven tools and education, aiming to lead the wellness market.

Therabody has launched CryoTherm Palm, a $399.99 thermoregulation device that uses palm cooling technology to lower core body temperature during high-intensity training. The portable, cordless device features dual cooling surfaces and delivers scientifically calibrated cooling to delay fatigue and sustain athletic output. CryoTherm Palm is the only palm cooling device validated through two controlled studies before launch. Research with Division I athletes at USC showed 28% more total work volume during resistance training, whilst a study with elite soccer players at IMG Academy found athletes felt 60% cooler and maintained 4.7% better sprint velocity across repeated efforts. England's national football team has incorporated the device into pre-tournament preparations. CryoTherm Palm is available now in the US, with international availability coming autumn 2026.

Dr. Bhanusali serves as Dermatologist-in-Residence for rhode by Hailey Bieber and is Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Elm Biosciences.
