Thrive Aviation has launched a fractional ownership programme backed by Arulean Air, a subsidiary of Honda Aircraft Company. The Las Vegas-based operator, founded in 2018, operates over 30 aircraft and ranks among the world's ten largest private jet operators. Under the arrangement, Arulean Air will acquire aircraft whilst Thrive manages operations and client relationships. The programme launches with two aircraft types: the HondaJet HA-420 and Bombardier Challenger 3500. Thrive has received its first two aircraft and expects to add four to six HondaJets and two to four Challenger 3500s annually. The programme complements Thrive's existing charter, management, jet card and maintenance services. Full programme details will be unveiled at NBAA-BACE 2026 in Las Vegas from 20 to 22 October.
