Tomorrow Health launches Horizon Suite with AI tools that cut DME order time to under 60 seconds

Tomorrow Health has launched its Horizon Suite, an AI-powered platform to streamline durable medical equipment ordering and fulfillment for home-based care. The suite enables providers to submit complete orders in under 60 seconds, reduces suppliers' costs by over 33%, and starts 97% of patients' care on time. The platform includes AI Ordering, AI Fax Intake, and the Tomorrow Health Expert Assistant, addressing inefficiencies in an ecosystem where nearly 80% of DME orders are submitted manually. The launch follows successful initial customer engagements and arrives as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services implements new competitive bidding processes and interoperability requirements in 2026. The Horizon Suite integrates with provider electronic health records and supplier technology systems, creating what CEO Vijay Kedar calls "an intelligent operating system for home-based care.

Tomorrow Health technology platform drove 4x ROI, 95% member satisfactionNEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Tomorrow Health, the leading home-based healthcare platform, recently released new data with Geisinger Health Plan (GHP), illustrating how improving home-based care delivery can have measurable impacts on health plan costs, member satisfaction, and overall health outcomes for patients.Whether managing a long-term illness or recovering from a procedure, more than two-thirds of U.S. adults prefer to receive care at home (versus a medical facility) following a major medical event. However, more than 70% of patients report significant difficulty getting prescribed home-based care across fragmented suppliers.
