ST. LOUIS, June 18, 2024 /PRNewswire/ - WILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, OuterBox, LLC ("OuterBox"), has completed the acquisition of TopSpot, a leading performance marketing agency with deep B2B and Industrial domain expertise.
With this acquisition, OuterBox is now one of the largest independent marketing agencies in the country.
TopSpot was also named a finalist in two of the paid search categories for its work with Crane Depot and Abbott Interfast.
This past year has brought TopSpot a lot of wins -including the recent news that TopSpot has been named a Best and Brightest Place to Work in Houston!
